GROSS! I would NOT eat / drink ANYTHING from this DD. I'm on the road 12hrs a day driving same 3 states daily. This place is disgusting and seeing this as a growing trend for DD. Hand dryer broken in bathroom, large industrial roll of paper towels on toilet with feces on it we are supposed to use to dry hands and wipe back sides with. Always get the order always charging different price the the same thing then they get rude if you tell them the order is wrong
This dunkin was really good however for the last 6 months is been awful. They have gotten the order wrong multiples time. I tough it was the drive thru since is next to a busy street so I went inside today I ask for a dunklatte add brown sugar add caramel and cold foam none of it was added I told the employee is wrong and all they did was add the cold foam I was running late so I left. So I went inside the restaurant to order. The girl that took my order got it correct and told the girl who was going to make it what it was. When she saw that the girl didn't add the strawberry, she reiterated it to the girl making it and she completely disregarded it and put my coolatta on the pick up counter and walked away. I instantly noticed it was incorrect but had to leave and she had turned her back and went to the drive thru.
