They never have waffle bowls or cones, (no matter the time of day). I've been there un the mornings when it would take 20-minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Today I was told, "they" let the strawberries go bad. That just tells me that no one is taking responsibility passing off work with that old saying... "Not my job." Other then that, the staff was very courteous & polite.
Really terrible Dry and Stale Flavors are so fake After waiting for 36 mins for 6 donuts and two coffees(bitter/burnt yuck as well.)
The staff at this location is extremely personable. They have never once messed up my order and our food is always fresh
When their busy...all bets are off. Gotta say the word FROZEN i guess with the new coffees. Asked for the new pecan coffee and they wanted to know if I wanted cream and sugar. Don't sell the new frozen coffees here I guess? One person working the whole store and I didn't have the patience to be told I'll be helped a third time. This location is good for one simple coffee order when they're slow.
