Lady making the drinks had attitude and was extremely rude for no reason
I usually stay away from Dunkin because I always have more negative than positive experiences. I’m not sure who was on the drive thru intercom today (6/29/25 , around 2:40 pm) I tried to order the Cookie Dough Cold Foam iced coffee per their drive thru menu and she acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Her attitude and tone sounded irritated. “Yeah, you keep saying the same thing and we don’t have that at all.” Girl, if you don’t know the menu just say that. I think they put some lemon juice in my coffee ‘cause why was it sour…
By 2:00 they had sold out all of their donuts.
Whoemever is doing the cooking right now at 12:42 pm on 6/25/2025 needs to be fired...she tried to give me a bacon egg and cheese croissant that was not cooked (cheese was placed straight on the sandwich and not cooked....croissant was not hot or warm at all). Returned the sandwich to have it re done and I was given a burned sandwhich...I eat here almost everyday....this is not acceptable...I think the workers first name begins with a K
