This is easily one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. I’ve lived here since before it opened, and mornings are consistently a mess. They run a skeleton crew during peak hours and clearly prioritize the drive-through over customers inside. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stood at the register waiting just to place an order while multiple employees are nearby but only one is trained to run the counter. Terrible staff … they must be related to the owner because I don’t see how there is so many terrible review with no change in how they treat people or prepare the food
