Terrible drive through staff. Have gone through there 3 times in the last 6 months, haven't gotten my order right once. This morning (8/19), ~8:05 went through the drive through. Ordered a large iced mocha, normal cream and sugar, hash browns and a Boston cream. Got an iced coffee only marked for 4 cream and 4 sugar, so I guess we didn't feel like doing the mocha today, plus didn't get any hash browns despite being charged. Customer service insufferable, did not accept cash or card and you could not order up front only on the single kiosk in the store leaving a gigantic line. Employees yelling and scolding customers.
The drive thru line wait was 20 Min. Outrageous
This lady who serves as the driver, that way of speaking to the customer is so heavy, her face seems to be always angry. Also, one wants a coffee with cream, not cream with coffee, iced when I ask for it very hot please. If that lady works with customers, she has to change the way she treats customers.
