Sunday morning, and the staff took 20 minutes to get my order ready. Since staff was overloaded with orders from the drive through, they forced me to order with the machine, and took me a while to figure out how to place a customized order, very confusing not assistance from staff. Donuts were stale. Very disorganized store and staff were rude. Wont come back, I don’t recommended this store!
I am very disappointed with my experience. Several employees were speaking loudly among themselves in their own language and appeared to be gossiping about both coworkers and customers. I overheard one employee discussing a coworker who had gone to use the restroom, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. When I arrived, no one came to assist with registration until I had to call for help. The overall atmosphere was loud, disorganized, and unprofessional. I have been going to this place day or night. And they never have enough plain donuts. I want 2 can only get one ir none. Will stop going. Have to repeat my self @ least 5x's.I let it go but its on my way home.I am going to stop going. Annd the plain donuts are small. Will not go any more and others will find out how for sure. The drive through always get sorry did I give you your order. No more
