The customer service at this Dunkin location is completely unacceptable; I strongly advise going elsewhere. The manager operates this store with an absolute disregard for corporate standards and company policies. Customers are routinely treated with total disrespect. Furthermore, a severe language barrier among the staff leads to constant, daily order inaccuracies. I had a wonderful experience at Dunkin’! The service was excellent, and the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel appreciated and went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. It’s always nice to be greeted with kindness and a smile. Thank you for the amazing service! The staff as well as the supervisor are so incredibly rude here. They don’t care about the appearance of their store, or about how they talk to people. If you aren’t a people person, don’t work at a job that involves human interaction. Simple. But being hostile to your customers because of a simple misunderstanding, because YOURE miserable working there is not okay. Please get a life and a job that you’re happy to work at.
Horrible service and incompetent employees but you can tell why bc the manager. Ordered matcha and have always received the slightest shade of green milk which tastes nothing like matcha and when i ask for more bc its expensive enough for it to only taste and look like milk, the girl took it back and gave it back exactly the same. I asked the girl for a refund but shes looked so miserable cause clearly they take it out their check.
