Needs new workers but poorly staffed Maria was nice regardless of having 1 co worker guess the owner pays poorly
Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Everything in the shelf is empty. Homeless people occupied the restrooms all time. Employee don't care and are not friendly. Have to go wait and ask for sugar, creamer, salt pepper, napkins Everytime as they are not refilled. Had to ask them 10 times for it.
The man who took my order was extremely rude! He was an older Indian guy. I didn't catch his name and he didn't offer me a receipt, so I just left. I came into the drive through with my friend and stated politely that I have 2 orders. He stated that he can't take 2 orders via drive-thru so instead I stated we had a mobile order, gave him the name (which he verbally confirmed that they had it), and then I requested to "add on" to the mobile order. I just order from there this morning, had a sausage that taste so mushy, lg hot chocolate was watery, i should’ve gotten my Hot chocolate from WAWA…I wasn’t satisfied at all for me to spend almost $10.00. Breakfast before work was a waste of money. So pissed!
