My husband stopped to pick up a few donuts on Saturday, the 16th of August in Tobyhanna PA. On Sterling Rd. It was the person chaos at the drive thu window. Nobody (staff) did not know what they were doing. I don't care if every staff member was a new employee. It looked as if there was NO supervision in sight!!! The Boston Creams (2) thrown in the bag of course the chocolate topping peeled off onto the bag. Obviously what's required is better training and supervision. Worst experience in a drive thru or a Dunkin ever. We waited 25 min behind 4 cars in the drive thru for completed service. First red flag. Then we ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso after we had paid they gave us our drinks and said they had to make them with almond milk instead of asking us if we even wanted it still or atleast wanted a different milk alternative. Drink was disgusting and we deserved that info and choice before they were given to us so we could have not wasted our money. We are from out of town passing... read more
