I went through the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times. And they still got it wrong. The best part was when the worker put my order at that the window and just walked away leaving the bag sitting instead of just handing it to me. Another worker saw it and handed to me after 3 minutes. And handed it to me. I pulled off and checked my order..and YEAP... How hard is it to listen. It was actually a simple request....NO EGG!!!! This Dunkin’ Donuts had bad service first the server took more that 20-25mins to come to the register to take my order, all he kept saying was I’ll be right there but took way to long. There was only me and one other guy in the lobby. The other guys just left after 10mins. And, the donuts looked old and stale and mostly empty racks. It’s safe to say I will not ever come back to this place again.
The service is a joke. That's why no one goes here and I won't either again. Little kids was attitudes on power trips. That somehow takes 20 minutes to make a coffee when there's no one else there. With a splash of attitude.
Great place to get a quick coffee. The seating area is also has a lot of room to sit and relax.
