Friendly staff and quick service
Came in to get an order. I tried to find out how long it would be before i could pick up the order. And was completely ignored me. 10 to 15 + min wait. After arrival for a mobile order is not okay.
If I could give the Store half of one star I would and that’s being generous the people here that work are so rude. I would never come back to this location again future reference for anyone I would suggest you stay really far from here. I don’t understand why people work there if they cannot make a drink properly simple milk and scoops of Matcha can’t even be done right sad.
I went through the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times. And they still got it wrong. The best part was when the worker put my order at that the window and just walked away leaving the bag sitting instead of just handing it to me. Another worker saw it and handed to me after 3 minutes. And handed it to me. I pulled off and checked my order..and YEAP... How hard is it to listen. It was actually a simple request....NO EGG!!!!
