I've never had good experience with Dunkin. You don't get greeted. They just busy body around for 15 minutes before saying "we'll be right with you" and they can't make anything right to save their lives. I've seen customers all out yell at staff in here over issues. They need better training. It's not the food, the food is all stream lined. The customer service is what's lacking
I went to buy my kids the new munchkin buckets this Thursday, I placed my mobile order and when I got there I was told they had no munchkins but they would write me a note so I can come the next day to get my munchkins and I did just that. I came in today Friday to get my donuts and same thing they didn’t have any donuts, they didn’t offer us anything else, just wasted my time driving there.
