If I could give 0 stars I would. How they could employ a manager like they have is beyond me. I have an upset 8 year old who didn’t get his food because I don’t work at Dunkin and am new to Dunkin and didn’t know how to “order a hot drink”. I went for the first time yesterday to try the banana latte. It’s not hot on the menu but when I asked for it the employee knew exactly what I meant and rang it up as such (yes I’m aware cold foam will cool hot drinks down but Dutch and Starbucks never have an issue giving cold foam to me... read more
