I’m generally someone who likes to support local businesses and Dunkin franchises with owners who are kind and community-focused, which is why this experience has been especially disappointing. There is a children’s play place next door, and rather than showing understanding that young children will naturally be present and active in the area, the interactions involving the owner have come across as unkind and disappointing. Was 4th in line at drive thru and drove off after waiting 15 minutes. Three cars in front of us and after 15 minutes still 3 cars in front of us. Other people left as well.
Worst I've ever had. Donuts were hard. Barely any filling. I threw them out
The staff are very friendly and kind and they know their regular really well.
