Here’s my two cents. I visited this location and was so impressed by the young man working entirely by himself. Running a drive-thru on a main road solo is a huge task, but he handled it with complete professionalism. He was kind, efficient, and made my drink perfectly. While the management should definitely provide more support for their staff at this busy spot, this employee deserves five stars for his incredible work ethic. 10/18/26
When I walked into the store to pick up my order, it was completely empty, no staff in site. The sitting area was covered in trash and dried food crusted to the tables. When a staff member eventually appeared, I had to ask for my order to be prepared as I was waiting for a while with nothing being done. More people showed up to order and were not helped and eventually left. The coffee order was made very wrong and the food order was sloppy and incorrect.
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my life! I tried going here a second time and a third time thinking maybe it was just the people that were in there but no, the service is always terrible, the people behind the counter are always miserable with an attitude, they always mess up my order, and they never have what I’m looking for. I will absolutely never go here again and I live right up the street. They need to hire all new people in that place
Awesome place
