I always order the bacon topped avocado toast and 9/10 times it’s not topped with bacon, which you also have to pay extra for. This past time I had to wait over 10 minutes for 5 items that we had placed an order for AT LEAST 5 minutes prior for drive thru. My boyfriend’s sandwich was the entire wrong one, down to the flavor of the bacon. From what he’s said, and I’ve experienced for myself, it’s usually the same worker/set of workers giving us these issues. Probably the worst location around me.
Lady at window was rude and not friendily. If you don't like your job then go home
Generally I order at the kiosk, but for some reason it wasn't taking my app coupon so I figured I would just order at the register. Not a problem, technical difficulties happen. 4 or 5 people were working. No one in front of me waiting for an order. No other people inside. 1 person in drive thru waiting. I watched every worker look at me and just not say anything. There was no sign at the counter saying they weren't taking orders there. Every time I come here and get a sweet black pepper bacon croissant sandwich there’s like 1 piece of bacon on it and my drink is all ice even though I ordered less ice. I only stop here because it’s right down the street from my house but I’d rather drive to a further Dunkin to actually get what I asked/paid for
