The staff were not welcoming and my order was done improperly. I had ordered the Shakin Espresso with less ice so the espresso would have melted the ice itself and made it less cold. When I had seen the staff member make it I asked for even less ice but the group began to bicker. One coworker mentioned that the amount was essentially fine and I didn’t feel comfortable still asking for less. I felt pressured that I couldn’t have just asked for less and didn’t feel taken care of.
I went through the drive thru earlier today because I wanted to try the new lava cake iced coffee. I also wanted to reload my Dunkin card for $20, I gave the person at the drive thru my $20 in cash and told the person I wanted to reload my card. He took the $20 and used it toward my order which is not what I wanted to do. I kept telling him I wanted to use that to reload my card. I really don’t think he understood what was going on. I get a dunkin' donuts tea everyday and recently I noticed the teas have a horrible taste. For one their water quality is horrible and they are brewing the tea in dirty tea baskets or filters. It's sucks.
