Unacceptable. The man behind the counter took my order with gloves on, then handed me my food with the same gloves. As someone who has worked in management for Cafua, I know this is a direct violation of basic standards. Staff was distracted, chatting instead of working. I had to repeat my order twice, and instead of speaking to me professionally, the employee waved me over with hand gestures—aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Man, what happened to that place. Sure it got a new face-lift, but they need to get people that actually listen. Grabbed a sandwich on my way to work the last two mornings(Fri &Sat) they messed up both. I just wanted maple bacon on my sandwich with cheddar cheese. Denied both times, and got American cheese and no bacon on one and regular bacon on the other. Even though I was Charged both times for the cheese and Maple bacon.
