The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff are genuinely great people. They’re friendly and work hard, and I respect that. But honestly, after coming here nearly every single day for over 5 years and ordering the same thing—a medium latte and a toasted bagel with cream cheese (dark toasted)—I’m beyond frustrated. This is hands down the most inconsistent Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. One day, there’s so much cream cheese it’s ridiculous, like I’m supposed to swim in it. The next, I can barely... read more

Today this crew sucks I been waiting in the front counter over 5 minutes with staff looking at us me and the line and no contact what so ever....am writing this as I wait ! SMH ! ! ! Never see anything like it here.... And I come here all the time...... By the way am using my co workers phone am STEVE ME AND MY CO WORKER DRIVE LIMOS....and we come here all times and days of the keep but today totally different...
