Open sign blazing, doors locked, no staff in sight. I showed up at 4:10 AM on Sunday, October 5, 2025 and the place looked “open” but was completely inaccessible. No note on the door, no explanation—just wasted time and gas. If you’re not serving, turn the sign off and post accurate hours. This is misleading and unprofessional. Do better.
I’ve never had such a rude experience at Dunkin before. The employee working had a terrible attitude, acted like helping customers was an inconvenience, and was completely disrespectful. Customer service should be about friendliness and respect, but instead I was met with eye rolls and a nasty tone. Definitely not the kind of service that makes me want to come back. She wears a scarf, Im pretty sure she is Indian. Very rude person never in my life will i be coming here again.

The girl working the counter with black dark under eyes and wears Hijab was rude and dismissive, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. Simple respect and courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit. I hope management addresses this, because it reflects poorly on the store.

Really do not like this Dunkin, it is dirty floors are cleaned with the same gloves they use the register and than touch your food.
