So,I come in today and I young woman tells me I need to buy something in order to use the rest room….and I went to my vehicle grab my phone and ask what do I need to buy in order to use your restroom I am pregnant and also I cannot have much sugar ..the guy heavy set comes out from the back & says it’s not about money it’s not about the color you are we just don’t have any tissue I explain I have my own which I carried . He slam his hand down and buzz the rest room in . Very mean .

The male staff members have been rude and lack basic manners when interacting with customers. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of treatment repeatedly. I hope the management takes serious action to address this issue to improve customer experience in the future.
Open sign blazing, doors locked, no staff in sight. I showed up at 4:10 AM on Sunday, October 5, 2025 and the place looked “open” but was completely inaccessible. No note on the door, no explanation—just wasted time and gas. If you’re not serving, turn the sign off and post accurate hours. This is misleading and unprofessional. Do better.
I’ve never had such a rude experience at Dunkin before. The employee working had a terrible attitude, acted like helping customers was an inconvenience, and was completely disrespectful. Customer service should be about friendliness and respect, but instead I was met with eye rolls and a nasty tone. Definitely not the kind of service that makes me want to come back. She wears a scarf, Im pretty sure she is Indian. Very rude person never in my life will i be coming here again.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ due to one of the employees. The girl working the counter with black dark under eyes and wears Hijab was rude and dismissive, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. Simple respect and courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit. I hope management addresses this, because it reflects poorly on the store.
