I usually visit this Dunkin’ often and always get a small Americano, and it was always fine. But lately, the Americano here has been terrible. In other Dunkins, it’s fine, but here, the quality is inconsistent: sometimes they make it well, and today I had to pay twice. I asked them to make a double espresso, but the coffee has no taste at all. Please, work on making the Americano actually taste good, like it should be, with real espresso and hot water.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience. There was a line, but they don't respect it at all. People who arrived earlier were left waiting while customers who came later received their orders first. This has happened to me four times already. I always ask for less sugar in my coffee, but they keep making it way too sweet. The employee was not attentive and didn't seem to care about getting my order right. This was my last visit to this location.
