Service is slow. They’re often out of various donuts. They seem to prioritize dine in guests over the drive through. Has made me late for my appointments the last three times I’ve gone.
Only customer, two people at counter, neither spoke to me when I walked in and neither wanted to wait on me. The one guy who did wait on me didn’t know what a cinnamon roll was. The “director” came out to help him and was rude and combative. Order was wrong and I tried to tell him, but he kept insisting it was correct. Got home and had the wrong donuts, just as I had told him. Went back to get correct donuts and he argued with me, won’t be back! I think some in-depth customer service is needed here!
The donuts and coffee are always good, but the drive thru was painfully slow. Next time I’ll go in.
I ordered the snackin bacon with a large frozen brown sugar coffee. I was given the wrong recipe and there’s hair in my coffee.
