WORST DUNKIN EVER. The gremlin lady working the window was so nasty and rude, immediately greeted with "what do you want". My dunkin has sour cream donuts and when I asked if they sold them here, her and another female worker were talking trash about why I would order "that". When I told her I could hear them both, she claimed it was a customer but the only one in there was a man. What miserable people
“This is the worst Dunkin’ in Massachusetts. Bob, as the owner, you’re running a poorly managed store. It’s not fair to charge customers for a hot tea when they only asked for hot water. Twice recently I have been to this location in the afternoon. Same team of two. Let me saw what is good. The young man working. He is kind and I feel sorry for him as he has to work with this THING. First time most recently he took my order, no one in the lot, no one in the drive thru. I ordered two drinks, less ice more sparkling water. Shouldn’t be hard.
