The last time I was here, the kids were somewhat disrespectful and disoriented. The place did not look like it had been cleaned or mopped in a while. It is a fairly new place and typically is clean. Unfortunately, seems like they have problem with staffing right now.
I would rather drink gasoline than ever attempt to get a coffee from this Dunkin location. This place is the bane of my existence. I don’t understand how they can have 3 people in the drive thru line and still make them all wait for 35 minutes and ALSO MAKE THEIR DRINK WRONG. If I’m waiting 35 minutes for an iced coffee, it better be the most artisan, delicious, hand crafted coffee I’ve ever had. An absolute joke of a business.
Employees are very rude, couldn’t wait 2-3 minutes for me and the others in my car to figure out what we wanted because they were ready to clock out. There were two cars behind me and they said they had a “big line” which was bull. Will never go here again.
Absolutely disgusting. I found 2 long brown hairs in my sausage wake up wrap. I have short blonde hair kind you. When I went back inside to show them they all looked at me shocked and then said something in Arabic and replaced it but not a single person in the store was wearing a hair net. The women handling the food had messy buns with hair sticking out
The drive through is ridiculous every time I go. Long wait for munchkins and a plain coffee. Donuts never seem fresh regardless of time of day. Barely any parking to go inside and if you do park drive through customers keep you from unparking
