I said thank you 3 times to guy at window. Got no response. Customer service e in md stinks
I didn’t order food. Didn’t get a receipt with the coffee and the drive thru guy was grouchy. I haven’t been to Dunkin n 2 years but this is my first time at this branch. Had to ask for napkins. Handed me the straw as an afterthought. They may need a brighter person at the window.
This is hands down THE best Dunkin! I genuinely don’t think I could ever go to another one. The atmosphere is always so welcoming, and the workers are truly the sweetest people. Every time I walk in, they’re so kind, friendly, and genuinely make my day a little better. You can tell they actually care about the people who come in, and that kind of energy is so rare. I’m always leaving with a smile. I seriously love this location and wouldn’t choose anywhere else!
Man blew his nose and then grabbed a cup to make a drink, no gloves… didn’t wash his hands.
