I know they mainly do coffee but when you order a frozen hot chocolate and 9 out of 10 times all you taste is coffee something is either wrong with person making it or the recipe needs to be altered since it comes with mocha swirl and mocha flavor and there are no options to remove those options and you have to either dump it and waste money or drive back 10 minutes to have a new one made. So in my opinion remove all the mocha and add more chocolate powder and or swirl.
Workers are slow and rude. Also, drive thru only... they will flat out ignore you and have you standing at the front register like an idiot for 20 minutes while they're not attending anyone anywhere. Just a terrible experience. The girl today made me feel terrible because they were closing in 30 mins... just cancel the order, there's another a Dunkin 100 feet away, I'llgo to that one. Just terrible, you're serving coffee chill out!
Unfortunately I went to Dunkin at 3:30 in the afternoon today and ordered 26 dollar meal deals. One of the sandwiches was a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. Every time I order refresher on door dash they never put the straw in my bag,and bagels with butter always little bit of butter when I ask butter on the side for to bagels they only put 2 little packets of butter for 2 bagels exactly one pack for each bagel,people paid for it,and they don’t send it not even enough for one bagel .
Recently when I would go by this location it was really slow. I put in a mobile order and it took forever waiting in the drive thru and then sometimes they would still get my order wrong. Today though was a way better experience. The line was a lot faster and my order was exactly how I ordered it! The girls working today seem to really know what they are doing!
