The workers seem not to care. Ordered a drink and a sandwich on mobile and took 31 minutes for them to make it and give me my drink. Absolutely uncalled for, this has to be one of The worst managed Dunkin Donuts in the city
⭐️ 1 STAR — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely unacceptable service. Not only was it extremely slow, but the way customers were treated was very disappointing. I literally waited 15 minutes just for someone to put a lid on my drink. I timed it—15 full minutes! I know they mainly do coffee but when you order a frozen hot chocolate and 9 out of 10 times all you taste is coffee something is either wrong with person making it or the recipe needs to be altered since it comes with mocha swirl and mocha flavor and there are no options to remove those options and you have to either dump it and waste money or drive back 10 minutes to have a new one made. So in my opinion remove all the mocha and add more chocolate powder and or swirl.
