The DD in Pawcatuck has the worse customer service of any I have ever visited. Everytime I go there, which is very rare seeing it is not far from my home, there is a problem. All I get is a small black coffee and that is like pulling teeth. Please train your employees better
Dunkin team members was rude because I asked her about frozen hot chocolate and it supposed to be chocolate drizzle and she didn’t put it and it was water down chocolate she had an attitude
This is the third time I’ve been told I can’t add items at the window, regardless of whether the store was busy or not. Each time there’s been an issue with my order, it felt like more attention was given to chatting and gossip than to apologizing or correcting the mistake. Management should place more emphasis on basic customer service.
