Always have the worst experience the employees just sit there and ignore you the whole time at checkout don’t say hi or thank you. they don’t know how to make the food right when you ask for extra cream cheese they don’t give it to you but charge you for it. just all around bad experience every time I go.
asked if a drink came in a large at the beginning of the order. lady put it as medium and i said i wanted a large. she said “if you asked for a large why does it say medium on the screen?” idk girl like that’s ur job😂😭
The DD in Pawcatuck has the worse customer service of any I have ever visited. Everytime I go there, which is very rare seeing it is not far from my home, there is a problem. All I get is a small black coffee and that is like pulling teeth. Please train your employees better
Dunkin team members was rude because I asked her about frozen hot chocolate and it supposed to be chocolate drizzle and she didn’t put it and it was water down chocolate she had an attitude
