So technically, the only complaint I have on this location of Dunkin Is the service. They never have enough staff working. I came in on a Sunday morning, at least eight people in line and one person working behind the counter The one person was ringing on the register, making the coffee and making the food so there was literally a seven minute wait time before each customer. Completely unacceptable for any fast food establishment.
They had no cheese at all in the store at lunch time so they couldn't fulfill my order and they also had no non-dairy milks so they couldn't fulfill my coffee order. I had ordered a head on the app and was charged for the entire meal. They couldn't give me a refund because they're not allowed to. I had to wait on hold with customer service sitting in this dunkin' donuts waiting to speech a representative to refund my money to me for the app order. I will never go there again.

Today we came to Dunkin’ Donuts to celebrate a special occasion and buy donuts, but unfortunately the experience completely ruined our mood. The woman who served us was extremely rude and visibly unhappy to help customers. No smile, no kindness, no basic courtesy — just a very negative attitude. Customer service like this is really disappointing, especially on a day that was supposed to be special for us.
Fast service but coffee tasted like burnt. Can’t even enjoy my coffee. Never coming here again.
