Was waiting in the drive through line . The line just didn’t move. Very frustrating and this is new was going for a better experience.
Today 7/6/25. The Boston crème did not have any crème in the center. I bought 4 and none had crème If you don’t order by 10 am you often can’t get what you want. Very limited supply
So every time I go to this location as a customer or as a doordasher they're out of that product. And I mean every time. I just went as a doordasher and they were out of everything that the customer ordered. If you ask me this is unacceptable I don't know if it's bad management or what the problem is, but I think you need to reevaluate your ordering or get it together.
I was SHOCKED!!!! I placed my order inside the store and Jaxson was the cashier at the time. He was very overwhelmed even though the place was empty. My husband went up after a while to get the forgotten apple fritter and Jaxon actually smacked himself in the face very hard. It was in front of another customer and the slap could be heard in the entire store. This guy really does not like his job and would be better off in a different role. At least it was only himself he smacked but that is really not professional.
Very polite staff! Food was made fresh and quick.
