It was 100° outside and they wouldn't give me and my friends a cup of ice water... I offered literally 50$ cash for a cup of ice water bc I was gonna pass out and they said their ice machine was broken even tho 5 people before me ordered refreshers with ice. They're rude and nasty and ignorant. Never give them business.
Amber and Kayla are amazing customer service top notch the place is always clean and fresh no matter how busy they are they always know your order when you walk in Amber runs a tight ship especially nowadays trying to get the youth to want to be motivated and work keep up the good work ladies you're amazing
Kayla is such a sweetheart, always has a great attitude and I will always to continue to come back here, she’s so fast and attentive!!
‼️Everyone, beware‼️ This store requires strict managerial oversight. The young Black cashier pretended not to see the order I had placed via the app; however, an older male employee confirmed that my order had indeed gone through successfully. After that, the cashier refused to respond to me any further. Dunkin frequently hires unprofessional and temperamental staff members like this—doing so will only result in the loss of more customers.
