Was told no bathroom and i have 2 chronic illnesses & handicap plates!. Had to tell the lady 3 times what i wanted. Man working there said not allowed bathroom even when I said illegal ( then lady hid) as I am disabled* Also room for table and chairs but none !
I’m a paying customer, and every time I visit this Dunkin’, I’m told the bathroom is “out of order.” But there’s no actual “Out of Service” sign—just a verbal excuse from the employees. The bathroom is clearly functional (I’ve used it before), and it all depends on who’s in charge during the shift. It feels like they just don’t want to clean it or let customers use it. Where is the manager? Life is too hard to have your basic coffee purchase ruined by lazy employees. I shouldn't have to beg for a decent drink Im paying 6$ for. Its 2025 you serve milk in a cup with barely any coffee? You serve milk in a cup with no matcha mix its so light it looks gray? I asked the lady working can you please add a extra scoop of matcha they charged me and it still was gray I had to ask AGAIN. They don’t even look at you when you talk to them.
