The food here is the same in terms of what's on the menu. The prices are completely different. You would think we were in Manhattan or some upscale neighborhood. I always get a large macchiato with almond milk in my neighborhood which is Allerton area and it costs less then $7.50. Here the price is $9 and change and a cup of ice which is usually $1.10 was a $1.40. I was shocked out my mind. Not only are the prices here more expensive but the staff is super slow. disgusting and horrible customer services, flies are everywhere and they fail to remake your order even though its literally their slogan
Every single time I come for ice cream these people have the most disgusting attitudes. They are very cheap with scooping the ice cream. Its every single time. This time it the guy was so rude I had to leave a review. My girlfriend wanted 3 scoops of icecream. The rocky road was melted so she chose not to get it. She then got 2 scoops. The guy was upset that he had to swap out the cup. She then said its ok just put it in the same cup. He got upset and made a hand gesture as if we were bothering him.
