It’s unclear to me why we download these apps to accumulate rewards and the employees won’t even ask us if we have a reward card to scan. I don’t understand it. I’ll say again customer service these days is horrible. When I worked customer service I asked every customer if they had a reward card.

The staff are beyond ignorant. They don’t follow clear written instructions. They literally will confirm and repeat your entire order just to mess it up completely. Makes no sense. If you ask for something toasted, it will not happen half the time. It’s just still food, dirty environment, confused, and rude staff. Horrible by no fault of the staff but the environment itself. Absolutely nightmarish location. Fights, chaos and havoc breaking loose all throughout the day. I feel bad for the staff working in such a dangerous environment. Being across the street from the police doesn’t even help. They can’t even get orders correct because they need to manage being berated by aggressive customers fighting teenagers.

Que mal servicio me encontré una uña con mugre en mi comida casi vomito cuando la encontré en mi boca horrible fue la experiencia. Además que siempre hay locos drogadictos y homeless cerca del local. Lo único bueno es que una chica muy linda me atendió bien a mi y a mi acompañante pero después vino un muchacho y me atendió con mala cara… 💀🤮🤢
