The biscuit was cold, and the hashbrowns were somehow burnt AND soggy at the same time which I’ve never seen before in my life. Gotta commend the staff for inventing a new way to disappoint customers. You gotta be a special type of incompetent to burn something and make it soggy at the same time.
8:30am, out of donuts and bagels, no sign to indicate that. Long line, slow service. Placed my order via the app, said they can't refund, I have to call corporate who is only open during the week. Was going to come lower my score, but 0 isn't allowed. You place your order, then pull up the window and what do they always ask you. What was your order... What kind of donuts, what kind of bagels. Worst dunkin I've been to ever , the coffee is always weak and the dunkinlatte never taste like the ones I get in other locations. I do alot of traveling and been to dunkin in many other locations here and in other states and this one is the worst and it sucks cause I've been having to go to Starbucks instead on my way to work
We had such a wonderful experience here thanks to the incredibly kind and generous staff!
