who ever worked today was rude while taking my order through drive through, and then they thought she was so funny because she called me a dumbass for trying to get my coffee order corrected. likeee you thought you ate lol girl please
almost impressively shit. i’ve never gotten what I actually ordered and when I do it’s noticeably worse than any other dunkin. truly can’t believe they’ve been open as long as they have.
Coffee was great but the wait was frustrating. We ended up waiting 25–30 minutes just for 2drinks and 2donuts. We understand that the staff was limited, there are only two people working, but it was disappointing to see drive-thru orders being prioritized over dine-in customers. Even cars that arrived after us were served first, which made the wait feel even longer. Hopefully, they can work on balancing both in-store and drive-thru orders better in the future.
