Make sure to check your order because more often than not the order will come out wrong in multiple ways. I come here quite a lot because of the convenience but it does make me sad to have to correct my order almost every time when I order it online and I know it lists everything out :(

I'll never go back. It took an hour+ for me to get a COLD sandwich, coffee, and a hash brown. And it all came out separately and they just ignore me when I stood there and asked where's my coffee and hash browns. I'm supposed to start eating without my coffee? And they violated the health laws by putting my half eaten sandwich back into the oven (w other items!). What the heck? Very rude. On top of that they charged me $15 for that garbage. I visited this location on December 7, 2025, at 7:08 AM. Unfortunately, the staff was very rude and dismissive. I made a point to be polite—saying “please,” “thank you,” and wishing them a great day—but received no acknowledgment in return. I asked for a small amount of hot water to top off my espresso, and after already purchasing the drink, I was told they “can’t do that” and that I would need to buy an Americano instead. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were disappointing and unnecessary.

I’m in food and Bev so I get it we all have bad days. But the customer service at this location is disgusting. “ WHAT ELSE” “WHAT ELSE”… I greeted the employee and got a “ what do you want “. I understand you might not love your job but treating others poorly sucks. Don’t work at a morning place or an establishment that is open early and on holidays. These were the rudest employees I have encountered in a restaurant ever. Dunkin’ should check this. If you hate your job grow up and find a new one

Terrible experience. They got my simple coffee order wrong three times, and there wasn’t even any coffee made—decaf or regular—The donuts were stale and barely glazed, and an employee made condescending comments about my husband’s parking for no reason. Definitely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience ever, go somewhere else!!
