Love the staff and fantastic bagel cheese and egg! Coffee always fresh and good!
Not great service but the food was great
I tried ordering through the drive-thru and the lady had NO CLUE what I was talking about even though it was on the menu. It was a refresher from the King Kylie collection. You guys should probably TRAIN YOUR STAFF a bit more. I’ve never had an issue at any other locations. Needless to say, I left without getting any breakfast, while on my way to work. How disappointing.
Food was good, but the attitude of the drive thru operator was abysmal, she needs to be fired ASAP, asked for a chicken biscuit and was like “WE DONT GOT NO CHICKEN BISCUIT, YOUR TRIPPING” excuse me????? And then proceeded to put the terminal out to us when it was clear we were paying with the app and proceeded to roll her eyes at us. People like her are the reason I typically now make my coffee at home.
If your restaurant is supposed to stay open until a certain time, then it absolutely should stay open until that time. It's not my problem if you're short-staffed is not my problem. Whatever the case may be. Either keep the restaurant open until the hour. It is supposed to close or shut it down permanently. Don't waste people's time
