I came in yesterday a few hours before the New Bedford Half marathon. I let the cashier know that I unfortunately have a big size order, and apologized that I should have ordered ahead but there was no rush. He was extremely polite & continued to take my order. There was only two workers there and they completed the order as well as taking other orders too. I just wanted to give them a shoutout and to say thank you. They did a wonderful job.
Everything was fine but the lady at the register had given me an attitude for no reason? I had asked if she was waiting for someone because she was staring off into space behind me, and once she realized I was there she gave me a somewhat harsh “what?”. So that wasn’t very nice, then when I asked for my drinks I ordered my friends and then I ordered my usual, I had asked for whipped cream and caramel on it, but it was like she totally dismissed what I said, because my drink didn’t come with either.
