I was in the drive through and ordered a iced chai with cold foam on it and a frozen carmel Drink, I just wanted to say that they were completely nasty. Now i’m not one to complain this much because everybody have bad days but my drink was quite literally 99% ice an 1% drink It was filled from the bottom to the complete top with ice. there was no cold foam even though i asked for it. This is the third time I’ve come here at 7pm for my dad. He always requests a frozen mocha. Later in the evenings, I can’t ever get him his drink because they say, “Sorry our machines are cleaned for the night.” I’m sorry but, you close at 9pm.. there is 2 hours left of the night. Do better.
