Food had a chemical smell and taste. Gave me a headache. Something wrong with it. Employee asked for tip at the drive thru. Ridiculous.
Horrible experience, they forgot a sandwich which wasn’t a big deal so i walked back into the store to ask for it to be fixed. When I spoke with the first employee he questions with a horrible attitude “did you even look in the bag” “i know it’s in there at the bottom” “i bet you didn’t even look” I then proceeded to empty my bag of food onto the counter to show i only received one of my sandwhiches. Everytime I come to this dunkin they mess up my coffee. Someone needs to get the manager lisa out here to get this place in check. When I order caramel drizzle on my coffee they put chocolate and then just scrape it off and put caramel and then it still has a ton chocolate. They mess something up on it everyday.
