Rude employees
The manager is terrible. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I worked in customer service for twenty five years in the casino with people are at their worce when losing their money and still never seen anyone as bad and rude like this manager. I think you should have under cover person order from there maybe more than once and make sure they are a little bit of a difficult customer. This manager has no right to be representing your company until she gets some training and really don't think that will work for her!... read more
Coffee is good but way overpriced and the help messes it up 50% of the time. Ya theres room to sit there and dine sometimes when its not so so busy.
Slow service and a not so great area. Questionable crowd.
It’s unbelievable that people on line waiting and the person at the cashier now is constantly on the phone taking for ever to prepare the coffees. Some people already walked away
