Terrible customer service. The employee was rude and condescending.
Picked up bagel bites on the way to work. I’ve never had to ask for them to be warmed at any other Dunkin— these were not only still cold but tasted like freezer burn. Didn’t notice they were freezing until I was already out of the drive through line. Disappointing.
