terrible staff they are incredibly rude. 2 black women in the drive thru got my order wrong and when i spoke up about it they shut the drive thru window in my face and asked what we wanted 2 minutes later. after they remade my drink it tasted nothing like how it was supposed to taste.
i wish i could rate half a star, this ruined my day and possibly my entire raleigh experience. I’m shocked at the amount of incompetent people in one space. They don’t need to be retrained the location needs to be shut down. We were waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and were asked to pull off to the side while other cars who had received their orders were served. Although I have visited this Dunkin on many occassions and have had great service in the past, my last visit wasn't great at all. On my way to work, I ordered a 1/2 dozen (customized: 2 glazed, 3 jelly, 1 other) donuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches via the app for pickup. The sandwiches were fine, but the donuts I received were not the ones I ordered. I received 2 chocolate and 4 custard-filled. Unfortunately, it wasn't realized until I arrived at work.
