Just preferred coffee and donuts. Drive through attendant repeated our order verbally but when we got to pick up that attendant had to place order again. Specified no blueberry donut hole and they could not even get that right. Coffee is as subpar to other Dunkin’ locations, tasted very watered down. Avoid this Dunkin.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Stopped there for a large Iced Tea and Latte. Took forever to get order but when I finally got mine, it wouldn't let me pay without leaving a tip. Drove off and took a drink of what was supposed to be tea and it was iced coffee.Turned around and went back and was told they were out of black tea and asked if I wanted something else. Used to be a great dunkin and now its garbage. Rude staff and no ingredients. Long wait times. Dont waste your hard earned money here.
10am and they’re out of oat milk and regular milk, disgusting coffee. Not coming back
They are out of oatmilk *literally* every. Single. Weekend. When I asked the manager about this a few weeks ago, they said they order “based on use trends”. Clearly, your system isn’t working and maybe should be reevaluated?
