We ordered on the app and sat in the lobby for about 15mins and decided to get up to see where our oder was. We saw what looked to be ours behind the counter just sitting there. When we asked the kid at the counter we asked how long our order was sitting there and why they didn't place it where people can see it. He rudely responded. I don't know your name. All he had to do is call the name or ask us because we were the only people sitting in the lobby. Very unprofessional and rude.

I came into dunkin today on 04/03/25 at around 1pm the worker was super kind and made my drinks and food very well. Unfortunately he was the only one working. Whoever the manager is needs to do better scheduling this was unacceptable this poor man working alone had a whole drive thru line while having to manage order taking inside and at the drive thru while making drinks and prepping food and working at the register! This location srsly needs to stop hiring male staff like whyyy would a man be there?!! Cuz they will screw up my order every time without fail. I don’t wanna stereotype and they’re always nice but shi they can’t do their damn job right
I've been here twice and both times I've gotten really bad service. No one says anything to you, not even when your food is ready. You're just sitting there waiting while your food sits on the counter.
