Forget ordering on Sunday mornings. Damaged cup rim means leaking coffee on lap from under lid. They will scam you, not a surprise given the politicians they donate money too. 22 days later I get a refund for incorrectly prepared wraps (still had to cover the tax though.)
Putting the card reader on a pole so you can reach it into my car and ask for a tip is crazy. You work at Dunkin Donuts nothing your selling me is worth a tip and the extent of your service is pouring a drink. It's just kind of embarrassing. It's giving desperation.
Our cashier, Erika, was phenomenal. Great service, great prices and friendly atmosphere.
