I ordered on 02/05/26 months app and went through the drive through. I didn’t receive my half dozen donuts and did not notice until after I left. I don’t live anywhere this location so it’s a pain just to go back. I have tried multiple times to call to ask for a refund and no one answers the phone. I don’t know how else to reach out. It’s $8.00 so not the biggest deal but still disappointing.
Wish there is a sitting area for hangouts.

I have had multiple bad experiences with Dunkin’ Donuts, and the Maple Grove location just added fuel to the fire. This time, I ordered a large latte with light ice. What I received was a cup packed completely to the top with ice, the exact opposite of what was requested. I took three drinks and the cup was already empty. Three. Drinks. That is not an accident.
