The manager, Ryan is very unprofessional to customers and employees. He is a creep and Dunkin needs to review how he talks to employees and customers. Should not be a manager.
I ordered on 02/05/26 months app and went through the drive through. I didn’t receive my half dozen donuts and did not notice until after I left. I don’t live anywhere this location so it’s a pain just to go back. I have tried multiple times to call to ask for a refund and no one answers the phone. I don’t know how else to reach out. It’s $8.00 so not the biggest deal but still disappointing.
Wish there is a sitting area for hangouts.
