I am beyond pissed! I went to get a hot chocolate that I was craving all day but they were closed 40 minutes before they were supposed to be.

Where the service was friendly but the donuts were thrown in the bag and they were decorated so cute too for Halloween. Not so cute upside down. Answer me this though... Is the coffee ever NOT BURNT??? I mean the lack luster coffee turns me away and like a moron I give this location a chance every once in a while but nope... STILL BURNT
