Stopped to use the rest room and learned that door is broken and not only doesn't lock, but doesn't even click into place when shut. Basically anyone can just walk in on you while doing your business. Cannot believe none of the employees or other customers has not mentioned this to management like I did. Although it is a nice area, going to the restroom in an unsecured toilet is very unsettling.
DD is my go to. The coffee and food is always above par. Prices? Well everything is pricey these days. The difference has to do with the staff, the upkeep of the place and the convenience. The parking was ok, lack of drive thru, facilities were up to snuff. The staff was lacking, not disrespectful nor helpful but just there.
I caught a flat tire after I made my mobile order and when I got there my coffee was no good. Alice was so understanding of my situation and she remade it no problem. I’m sure she could tell my morning was already wild. Every time I come here they really take pride in the way they make the coffee. Thanks Alice!
