Can’t even give this place a 0. I was in line and placing my order and the person that came over. The intercom was rude and stated we don’t have larges we have mediums and I said OK so how do we compensate for a large? She basically was like you can have two smalls I said OK I didn’t understand how that made up for a large and she could not relay that information. I love the crew at this Dunkin! They are all so sweet and always courteous to me. Some of the customers that come in are so rude though. It's not that hard to treat service workers with respect. Always happy with my service! My drinks are always delicious and they smile and greet me every time I am there. Not so much the ignorant customers who think the people working are just someone who has to have their order and everyone else's ready a minute after they walk in... If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been coming to this Dunkin location since it opened and have never experienced any issues until today. I ordered a croissant, hash browns, and drinks. The hash browns were completely black, and the croissant was burnt. I understand that croissants are normally baked until they're slightly crispy, but this one was clearly overcooked and unacceptable.
