i LOVE this dunkin! they are always quick and efficient and always makes everything i need correctly and it always tastes great!
Horrible slow service.. one car ahead of me, waited waited, car then pulled off, waited waited at window, finally girl hands me my coffee and says your all set, I asked where my donuts were she says oh, you ordered donuts, at this point I had no time for her to mosey on back , I said no I’ve been waiting forever for my coffee and sh says sorry we’ve had bit of a line,there was one car ahead of me, one car behind me.. then walks off. Not going there again
Holy crap ! Haven’t been here in a couple years even though I live 50 steps away. But I gave them the benefit of doubt that they have improved, hell no ! Ordered 10 coffees they were stunned like it was a big deal then they said park he’ll being them out to you , then makes me get back into line and wait again for my order , 30min I waited for ten coffees.
