The service i received as a walk in was absolutely abysmal. Not a single person acknowledged our existence for 10 min standing in front of the register. Maybe if they said, "we will be with you in a minute" or something would have made us feel better. But Holy crap was this experience frustrating. What a bunch of rude employees. To be fair. This is not consistent with how this place normally is. But very disappointed if this is how the staff functions when the manager/owner is not around.
My favorite Dunkin in the Lehigh Valley! Reliable and can always expect a great coffee. Love the staff at this location, so kind and always share smiles and kind words. I hope it’s my favorite ladies working, but even when they’re not in everyone else has been great too. I also like the renovations that were done, a much more spacious drive thru and looks very clean. I live closer to a different dunkin but if I have the time I go out of my way to visit this one!
