They need a more competent manager and actual training. I asked for a green tea refresher and wanted to add matcha, which I assumed would be an extra charge. Their system doesn’t have an add in for matcha so instead of just charging for a more expensive refresher or just doing it as oatmilk the manager just told her they can’t do that… refusing a sale when you have the product and manager authority bc of a button is crazy.
We arrived 10 minutes before closing and were refused service even though the store was still open. Poor customer service and unprofessional attitude. Very disappointing experience.
