As a loyal customer i must say that it has not been a terrible experience visiting this location.. I’ve had a great experience with two servers at the drive through who are always very kind. Welcoming , and overall make my visits a lot better.. Brilena & Ali are amazing, friendly and make my experience at this location a great one.. thank you for being kind🫶
They need a more competent manager and actual training. I asked for a green tea refresher and wanted to add matcha, which I assumed would be an extra charge. Their system doesn’t have an add in for matcha so instead of just charging for a more expensive refresher or just doing it as oatmilk the manager just told her they can’t do that… refusing a sale when you have the product and manager authority bc of a button is crazy.
