This Dunkin perplexes me. While I love the atmosphere and the friendliness of the workers, the slow service here is so infuriating. The Dunkin in State College is 10x busier yet they are more organized and faster at times. Ordered only a drink, 10 minutes later I arrived at the location and it wasn’t ready, stood by the counter for 3 minutes and then they asked me what I was there for and they finally started by drink. Spencer was probably the friendliest and happiest person I have ever seen at the drive through. It made my morning. It's really hard to find people in customer service that are kind and friendly. 5 stars just for this guy. Thanks for making my morning awesome and good job for having solid employees !
The service is very slow and often there is not what you need in the late afternoon.
If at any time the manager is going to decide not to take food orders in the drive through because they are behind on orders, maybe put out a sign so people don't sit through the line for nothing.
