It’s not that hard to read the order and then put everything in the bag but they constantly forget something.
There was a bug in our box of donuts, and they were out of several things we wanted. We won’t be back.
Just tried the cookie dough frozen drink. I don’t taste the cookie dough at all. Then says waffle cone on top taste like saltine cracker. Will not buy again.
Atrocious customer service. If a customer tells you that their drink wasn't made correctly, it shouldn't lead to them being mocked. Will definitely spend my money elsewhere.
