Scheduled an order through the app yesterday to guarantee what I wanted. A dozen sorted and 50 munchkins for the family. Got there and my order didn't even exist. The order doesn't get placed at the store until 8 minutes before the scheduled pickup. So even if you try to do due diligence, if they don't have what you want 8 minutes before, you're SOL. Food was cold
I ordered off of Uber eats and I know this isn’t my driver’s fault at all, but I ordered something specific and got something completely different. I at least got my drink right and my side, but I ordered a sandwich and got a plain bagel instead. It was like they didn’t care and They still charged me for what I ordered and I didn’t get it.
