My fiancé goes here at 4:30am since he works at 5am and the past 2 days a girl tells him “we’re not open I have to wait for the other worker to get here to serve anyone” and then today goes “we only have hot coffee”

We go to a different Duncan typically b/c it's closer. However, we will absolutely go out of our way to get to this one going forward. The staff actually stood at the register to help you with your order (and didn't force a screen on you to place your own order), they were friendly, helpful, patient (I have 2 kids that take a bit to decide which donut), and overall just made our DD experience so much brighter this morning. Would absolutely go here again!! Well done!
