this place is even worse then the last time i went an employee was eating bacon while making food. Health inspector should come lol. So gross. The employee had grey hair and looked older still no excuse for eating bacon on the job it’s gross. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the drive-thru. The staff appeared unprofessional and unprepared to take my order. I could clearly hear inappropriate language and joking over the headset, which is highly unprofessional. Due to this, I had to drive up to the window to place my order, which defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. The overall experience was frustrating and reflects poorly on the standards of this establishment. They deserve no stars as I also had to have my drink remade.
Extremely disappointing service at the drive-thru. It’s unacceptable that staff don’t seem to know how to take an order properly. I could clearly hear cursing and joking around over the headset. I ultimately had to pull up to the window just to place my order. The level of professionalism at this location is seriously lacking.
I typically visit this location 2-3xs during the week before dropping my son to school. The morning staff is amazing! Especially the young man at the window. Kudos to the staff and owner!! Customer service and food quality are definitely five stars!!
Come to this Dunkin to find homeless people on the front patio any time of day :) Special bonus! Order extra caramel in your drink and receive NO CARAMEL! Yayyyy. Oh and don’t worry, if you complain about their customer service, they will never get back to you! Even when you call corporate! This may be insensitive, but how hard is it for a GROWN ADULT to make an order correctly? It’s laughable. But alas, that’s why they are grown adults working at Dunkin’ Donuts.
