Good service
The people who work the early morning weekday drive thru are RUDE. They act like their pants are on fire and god forbid you don’t have your payment ready RIGHT when you drive up. Today, I had to fix something on the app and the guy working the drive thru (6.30 am) expressed his frustration by slamming my drink down on the countertop and shaking his head. Came in on Saturday morning to order three Tiramisu Coffees for my friends and me. Before paying, we asked for liquid cane sugar and regular cream in all three, and simply requested to swap the liquid cane for regular cane sugar in just one of the drinks. The cashier immediately gave us an attitude and claimed the drinks were already made. When I politely asked if she could make the quick adjustment, she refused unless I paid for a fourth coffee. I hope you guys change the attitude when customers have complain about your staff in the morning shift like the so call manager In Luis, there is no reason to scream to move in the drive thru when you guys are busy.. the lack of customer service is really low here, unfortunately this store went down hill this pass year, go somewhere else this store isn’t it
Luis, Christina are so call the main manager in this store however they lack of leadership and skill… they would yell at you and would swear at you, they don’t care about the store they just seems like they gave up… I’m sorry but you guys need to step up however, work on yall store the bees and flies are just not worth going to this store… if this keeps happening a complain to the health department you guys will hear
