The workers were so nice and the food was perfect.
As a Dunkin enthusiast this Dunkin is superior, Johnny and nick were working yesterday when I came in and immediately greated me and took my order quickly. Not only was my food delicious but I also left with a smile on my face!!!it was a little Cold though, thankfully the food warmed my heart.
The lady working this morning with the rose tattoo on her right arm was SO mean and unprofessional. (To me and her coworker) the sweet kind lady at the register inside was very kind!! However this other lady who stepped in to help her ring up my order for a matcha made completely unnecessary comments when I asked the simple question of “does this have sweetener in it”. It's great to have them in the neighborhood. Unfortunately they're inventory is limited at best. Understanding that what they used to make on site is no longer manufactured here, but made elsewhere. All the donut items I wanted to eat weren't available. The staff are extremely friendly and regretful and tried to explain the situation. The coffee of course is always fantastic.
I had a really disappointing experience at this location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I told the girl taking orders what I wanted. At first she seemed fine, but her attitude quickly changed. My order had about six items, so I politely asked if she wanted me to repeat anything to make sure she got it right. Instead of responding normally, she very rudely said “no” in a dismissive tone.
