I just had the nastiest encounter with a woman named Sheila at the drive thru. She was upset I didn’t place my order in 24 seconds. I greeted her and asked how she was. She then was mimicking a disabled person. She was entitled and ready to hand over her name as if she was a goddess inside that store. Terrible customer service. One of the worst Dunkin’s . Rude get the orders wrong . Holds up line by having conversations. Several of these employees need to be evaluated by someone who can fire them.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Rudest lady on the drive thru speaker I've ever encountered. Saturday 10am.
Their 2.8 star average is absolutely accurate. Drive thru workers are incredibly rude. Coffee is mediocre at best.
