Save time just go next door to Norway or anywhere else in general. I honestly do not know how this place is still standing?!? Very poor costumer-service always messed up coffee and I have a very simple order!! I used to work here I loved my job and made sure I put my all into whatever I was doing I don't understand what happened?!? Also the phones!!! Every-time im in there somebody on the work floor is on there phone or has earbuds in there ear listening to music like what?!?! Just terrible all around!
Every time I go to this specific Dunkin (Southpairs Maine) they manage to mess something up. The most recent time I went was today and there was two young girls just visibly sitting on there phones, the older lady proceeds to place our order we got our coffee (tasted sooo bitter 🤢) as a good 5-10mins pass by they finally acknowledge we are still waiting on our food. The older women the one who took our order comments “Im going outside to do trash so you cook their food” (meanwhile the younger girls are still on their PHONES... read more
