Today was the second time that I have placed a mobile order and they were missing a food item. So frustrating.
Absolutely filthy. Evidently there is no management on site. Food was room temp when getting it. Needs some serious help here. Was going to dine in and not a clean area to sit.
The team at Dunkin’ is always fantastic! Aeden, Emma, Lilli, and Rob help make every visit a great experience with their friendly service and attention to detail. The coffee is always perfect, the donuts are fresh, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It’s clear they care about their customers, and it keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location!
I placed a mobile order at 5:27 AM. I arrived at 5:35 the app told me the drink is ready. When I arrived the barista (Jenna) was scrolling on her phone: there were at least 5 mobile orders that needed to be completed. I figured since I’d be waiting I’d order some food. I got a burnt croissant and didn’t get my matcha till 5:55 smh almost made me late for work!
