Every time I come here I have to get my order remade. It’s the simplest order (medium caramel iced coffee regular cream and sugar). The other day they had to remake it 3 times before it was somewhat right. This morning I got a coffee and they forgot the caramel and I don’t have time to wait for it to get remade. * They act annoyed when I ask them to remake it. I only come here cause it’s right up the street from house. Doesn’t matter what time of day I go it’s never right.
I’ve never had a good experience at this dunkin. Always long lines, poor service. I go there because it’s close to my house but it might be easier to drive to another dunkin. Today I ordered something, once I got to the window they said they didn’t have it offered something of less value then never offered me refund. Don’t go here if you have another choice. Got to the dunkin on Stillwater.
Never go to Dunkin anymore (used to be an every day customer) after paying for to many wrong orders but was out of coffee at home so decided to treat myself and the kids and stupidly didn’t try it before I left big mistake! Now I’m stuck with a cup of nastiness & two overpriced donuts (kids said they were gross) got charged for extra Carmel and there was no Carmel at all how hard is it to make a drink with THREE ingredients.
