Very rude, walked in and was not greeted at all. Repeated my order multiple times to the cashier and HANDED her my cash in her hand respectfully. She decided to place my change onto the counter with my receipt while my hand was open for it like I had some sort of disease, very prejudice and poor customer service. Should not matter what the color of your skin is if you’re a paying respectful customer.

I was very disappointed by the customer service. Went inside and used the mobile order kiosk because no one came to the counter even though there were 4 employees doing nothing. They proceeded to laugh at us for using the kiosk. I ordered a drink and a donut got my drink and 10 minutes later no donut. No one asked if I was waiting they all just stared. It breaks my heart to even write a review because my family and I have attended this dunkin daily, if not multiple times, for the last two years. We came to know team members by name and really enjoyed seeing them, my wife always being an optimist hoped that any time she went through it would be a beacon of light when the Dunkin team members needed it most during a hard day with difficult customers.
