I choose Dunkin over that other place
I got a refresher with outmilk and it was separated and chunky there was a large chunk floating on top. I asked her if she could remake it and she just tried stirring it and squishing the chunks. Then I said could you just make it with almond milk. Then she handed me a drink that was completely separated with chunky solid almond milk on top of the refresher juice.
