Awful experience. Workers at window don't even acknowledge you. It took 15 minutes AT THE WINDOW for TWO drinks. They weren't even busy at all.
I went to get a birthday ice-cream cake. The place was pretty quiet on a rainy Tuesday afternoon.
I was here yesterday at the drive thru and ordered a little bit more than normal so it was a bit of a wait. I live a little ways away from here and didn’t check the bag till I got home but I was missing one of my hash browns and I ordered 2 donuts and got none of them. I know I should’ve checked the bag but I trusted them. I didn’t want to go all the way back there for no reason so I gave them a call twice and got no response.
