I got a $6 meal deal and the only thing edible was my coffee. My potatoes were old and very hard and the bagel was burnt, very upsetting. When I tried to call the store the phone would beep and hang up so I’m stuck with a $6 meal deal that I can’t even eat.
Runs out of donuts way to often, stopped going completely after the last time it happened. Also, they cannot place two different orders when you want to pay separately 🤔. Makes no sense, need better training I guess.
Walked into the store in the AM and use the kiosk, then waited over 5 minutes watching somebody walk around and not even look up at me. And finally I had to say loudly. Excuse me, can I please have my donuts. What was in the kiosk was not what they had in stock. No problem I can adjust. After I got them home they were absolutely the worst donuts I've ever had. They were not fresh. I won't come back to this. Dunkin donut because of the poor service and low quality of the food. I was very disappointed.
