I got mocha coffee had no mocha at all in it very upset payed 20 dollars for service
Had the worst experience with a lady there with tattoos and dark hair. I ordered a sausage wake up wrap and I received bacon. I said oh I ordered a sausage one and things completely blew up. It was such a simple fix but I was being argued with about what I ordered. I don’t like bacon and my fiance was with me and knew I didn’t say that. This experience was insane I'm shook.
Waited at the counter for a bit, but didn't see anyone so I left. The place was real clean with decent music at least.
I stopped after work for a tea and the lady at the window was so rude. I ordered through the app and she said, "next time you need to give us more time before you show up"....um, isnt it the same as ordering through the drive thru? The wait time doesnt change just because you use the app...and it was just a tea, ice and pour...not that hard
