Dunkin drive thru was very busy today, but the line moved quickly. The employees deserve a shout out. Way to go!
They get my order wrong or just don’t give me my full order every time I come in thought it would just be a few times but it’s just constantly messed up or forgotten or just never even put in the bag

Not enough staff. Menu is small and most of the time they don't have what you need. Not the fault of the staff that is there. The manager is great. It's corporate that is slacking.
